About the site
This family-friendly glamping site offers a great base for exploring London while still offering a more relaxed outdoor stay. Abbey Wood is just a ten minute walk away, with Elizabeth Line services making it easy to reach central London, located within the M25. The cosy camping pods are a simple, cosy option, with heating, electricity and lighting. Each has a futon that converts into a double bed, plus two camp beds, making them suitable for families. There is also a fridge, microwave, toaster, washing up bowl and crockery and cutlery. Outside, the camping pods have a picnic bench and BBQ stand (disposable BBQs are not supplied), with shared toilet and shower facilities nearby. Guests should also bring their own bedding, towels, cooking utensils, cutlery and plates. For a little more comfort, the ensuite glamping pods have a double sofa bed, single sofa bed and single bunk (up to 11 stone), with bedding provided. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, microwave/oven and fridge, as well as a TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speakers and wardrobe. The ensuite bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet (towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are not provided). Outside, each has its own seating area and brick BBQ space, with one disposable BBQ supplied. The site is also home to a Caravan and Motorhome Club site with camping and touring pitches (who will share access to facilities). Dogs are welcome in two of the glamping pods, whilst the rest of the accommodation is pet free.
