Tucked away in a quiet countryside setting, this small and friendly glamping site is a peaceful place to stay just 15 minutes from the market town of Kendal. With both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales less than a 20 minute drive away, it makes a brilliant base for exploring two of England's most beautiful national parks. There are just two cosy glamping pods onsite, creating a peaceful, relaxed feel. Each pod sleeps up to four people, with a comfy double bed and a double L-shaped sofa bed. Bedding and towels are included, and underfloor heating keeps everything warm and snug whatever the season. After a day outdoors, guests can unwind with the TV and free WiFi. For cooking, you will have a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and a fridge with a small freezer. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are all provided, along with a few welcoming extras such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The pods come with a private ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. There are also little, handy touches like USB charging sockets and a selection of games for evenings indoors. Outside, guests can enjoy their own private space with a picnic bench and fire pit, perfect for outdoor meals or toasting marshmallows as the sun goes down. There is also EV charging available on site, along with a garden games shed. Dogs are welcome too, with up to two allowed per pod for a small fee, so no one is left at home!
