About the site

Set on a farm just outside of Pontesbury in the Shropshire Hills, this adult only site is a great base for exploring the scenic countryside trails, the Tudor town of Shrewsbury and all that Shropshire has to offer. This site has options to suit all budgets and types of travellers, from the more simple camping pods for a stripped back stay, ensuite glamping pods for those who want some home away from home comforts and glamping pods with hot tubs for an extra touch of luxury. The three camping pods feature an open plan interior with heating, lighting, electric sockets and WiFii. For sleeping, you can choose either two single beds or a double bed, depending on your preference. Just remember to bring your own bedding and towels. The camping pods also feature a kettle, a small table and stools for eating meals. Guests have shared access to a modern shower and toilet block and a small outdoor kitchen area that has a fridge/freezer, microwave and sink so you can prepare simple meals. For something with a bit more luxe, the three ensuite glamping pods sleep up to three with a double bed and a single sofa bed, but don't worry about packing your bedding and towels as they are provided. These pods have a galley style kitchen and feature a kettle, toaster, air fryer, fridge, a combi microwave oven, crockery, cutlery and utensils so you can whip up your evening meal. There is also a dining table and chairs, a Smart TV, WiFi and Bluetooth speakers. You will have your own ensuite with a shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Outside is a decking area with some seating so you can soak up your woodland views. For the ultimate luxury getaway, there are three ensuite glamping pods with hot tubs, one that sleeps two and another for four. These have a similar layout to the ensuite glamping pods but with a larger kitchen with an electric oven and hob. The pod that sleeps two features a king sized bed, whilst the pod for four has a double bed and two single sofa beds, again all bedding and towels are provided so no need to pack your own. Outside the pods is a large decking area with seating and your own electric hot tub. If you're travelling with a large group of you, the whole site is able to be booked out so you can have exclusive use of the pods and their facilities. Dogs are welcome to join you in the camping pods and the ensuite glamping pods, but the ensuite glamping pods with hot tubs do not allow dogs, sorry.
