About the site
This small glamping site offers a luxury, off-grid retreat above the beautiful Wye Valley. Perfect for couples seeking peace and privacy, the hideaway offers stunning views, scenic walks, and over a mile of river running through the farm. There are three glamping cabins to choose from, each around 150m from eachother to provide privacy. The cabins feature a cosy double bed with fresh bedding, a wood-burning stove, and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a gas hob, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, mugs, a fridge, kettle, cafetière, toaster, and everything needed to cook simple meals. Guests are also supplied with tea, coffee, and even marshmallows for toasting over the fire. Each cabin comes with a small collection of games and books, perfect for a cosy night in. All cabins include a hot shower, whilst Pheasant Cabin has an incinerating eco-toilet, while Hare and Fox Cabins feature composting toilets. Hare Cabin also includes a cold plunge for a refreshing dip! Outside, each cabin has seating area, a fire pit and BBQ grill, and a wood-fired hot tub for soaking under the stars. Logs, kindling, and firelighters are provided too. The farm gives direct access to the river, where guests can launch paddleboards or take lessons with an instructor, fish with a day pass, or wander down to the secret pebble beach for skimming stones. The Hare and Fox cabin also allow up to one dog to join you for your stay. Pheasant cabin is pet free.
