About the site
This peaceful, hillside site enjoys amazing views of the surrounding countryside with easy access to a great range of walking and cycling routes. For outdoor adventures, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Derwentwater are within a 30 minute drive. The site offers a range of glamping cabins with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Each cabin includes a double bed and bunk bed, complete with linen and bedding. The well-equipped kitchens include a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essential cooking equipment. You'll also have a dining table, central heating, a wood burner, and WiFi too. The regular cabins have a normal TV, whilst Merlin, Curlew and Lawing have Smart TVs and an additional sofa bed. The ensuite bathrooms feature a toilet, shower, hand basin, fresh towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Step outside onto your private decking, where you will find a table, chairs, and BBQ. For the ultimate relaxation, unwind in your very own hot tub and soak up the peaceful surroundings. There is also the option to add fire pit hire to your booking, along with a bag of logs, a bag of kindling and a box of firelighters. All of the glamping units are dog friendly, with up to two pups permitted to join you for your stay. The site is also home to a range of camping and touring pitches, along with a selection of larger lodges and cottages.

What time is check-in and check out for the cabins at Wallace Lane Farm?
Guests can check-in between 3pm and 9pm, with check out due by 9.30am on your final day.
Are the cabins at Wallace Lane Farm dog friendly?
All of the cabins are dog friendly, with up to two pups allowed per glamping unit. Do note, dogs must be kept on the lead at all times and not left unattended. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
