Harbour Lights

Harbour Lights offers a peaceful, family-friendly getaway to Millom on the Cumbrian coast with dog-friendly Haverigg Beach just minutes away. There are four simple camping pods that sleep either two or four and two ensuite glamping pods for up to four guests. There are tent and touring pitches at the caravan park too. Simply sit back and unwind with coastal and countryside views from the site, or use it as an ideal base for walks in the Lakes.

About the site

Family friendly site just ten minutes from the Lake District National Park with Black Combe fell within easy reach, offering panoramic coastal and countryside views. There are four camping pods onsite, each sleeping either four or two set along the perimeter of the touring pitches. The two person camping pods have a king-sized bed inside whilst the four person pods have wrap around bench seating inside that converts into a double at the back of the pods and two singles at the sides. Each camping pod has a small heater, lighting, and electric socket. Outside you'll have a fire pit. You will need to bring all of the regular camping equipment with you, minus the tent! You will have access to the shared campsite facilities, so you may want to bring a torch for evening trips. If you would prefer to pack a bit lighter then the mega ensuite pods are for you, equipped with underfloor heating, electricity and lighting. These pods can sleep up to four with a double bed and a sofa bed. You will also have a TV, dining table, chairs and an ensuite bathroom with a heated towel rail, shower, sink and loo. Inside is an equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, crockery and utensils. Please bring your own bed linen, pillows, bedding and towels. Pods have parking space for one vehicle next to them. Dogs are welcome in all of the pods.
