Quantock Camping

This is a small, family-run site with peaceful surroundings and lovely views of the countryside. Set on the edge of the Quantock Hills, it's a great spot for walking, relaxing, or simply soaking up the quiet atmosphere. Footpaths from the site take you straight into the hills or to a welcoming local pub. There are two cosy glamping options to choose from. The Hedgehog Camping Pod sleeps up to four with a raised double bed and two bench beds, though you'll need to bring your own bedding. The Woodpecker Cabin also sleeps four, with a double bed and bunk beds, and comes with all bedding provided. Both units have a handy kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle, utensils, crockery, cutlery, washing-up liquid and a tea towel. For comfort, each has electric and heating, so you'll stay warm whatever the weather. Outside, you'll have your own space to enjoy, with a patio or decking area, a fire pit and a charcoal BBQ for evenings outdoors. Each glamping unit also has a private allocated toilet close by, and guests share hot outdoor showers, an indoor shower and additional toilets. Facilities include laundry, picnic tables and a communal BBQ hut. Dogs are very welcome, with up to two per unit, so four-legged friends don't have to miss out on the adventure. Alongside the pod and cabin, the site also offers two shepherd's huts and seasonal pitches, all set within the landscaped grounds.
