About the site
Only ten minutes from the Kent Coast, this wake and aqua park offers plenty to do for both couples and families. It is just a 20 minute walk from Sandwich with local shops and eateries, and around a 20 minute drive from Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Canterbury. The ensuite cabins offer a luxury glamping stay for up to six. Inside, there's a sofa, TV, WiFi, heating and dining area, plus a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, hob, combi oven, kettle, toaster and cooking equipment for cooking up tasty meals. The cabins feature a king-size room and one twin room, both with hanging space for clothes. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, with all bedding and linen supplied. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Outside, guests can enjoy a private deck with seating, perfect for relaxing in the evening. One of the cabins also includes a special outdoor bath, ideal for a soak under the stars. The site is also home to 20 electric grass pitches, which allow tents, trailer tents, roof tents, caravans, campervans, motorhomes and RVs. There's no shortage of things to do onsite. Guests can book wakeboarding sessions, splash around on the inflatable aqua park, enjoy open water swimming, try SUP yoga, or unwind with a sauna and cold plunge. With activities running throughout the season, there's always something happening (extra costs apply). When it's time to eat, the onsite restaurant serves cooked meals, drinks and Sunday roasts, with live music on selected evenings. It's a relaxed place to wind down after a day on the water, and there's also a small shop for essentials. The cabins are pet free, but dogs are welcome to stay with guests on the camping pitches. For safety, open fires are not allowed, and any BBQs must be raised off the ground.
