This welcome, family friendly campsite is well-located for exploring the Essex coast. Just ten minutes from Clacton-on-Sea, its sandy beaches and traditional seaside attractions, it makes an excellent base for days by the sea. Before heading out, guests can enjoy breakfast and a coffee at George's Coffee Shop to fuel up for the day. For a hassle-free camping experience, the cosy camping pods provide a comfortable place to stay without the need to pitch a tent. Each pod includes a made-up double bed, heating, electricity, USB charging points and a kettle with cups, plates and cutlery. Outside, every pod has its own picnic bench, with parking and shared facilities just a short walk away. An optional camp bed is also available for an additional guest. Alongside the double bed, it also includes bunk beds, making it a great choice for families with children. The site also welcomes campers and tourers, alongside furnished bell tents. Guests have access to modern shared toilet and shower facilities, as well as a children's play area. Fire pits are available to hire, with logs available to purchase, perfect for toasting marshmallows. Though the pods are pet free, dogs are welcome on the campsite pitches, so four-legged friends may be seen around the site.
