About the site
This family parks enjoys an amazing setting on the Dorset coast, with sea views and access to the South West Coast Path. Just a ten minute walk from the famous Durdle Door rock arch and around 30 minutes on foot from Lulworth Cove, it is an excellent base for exploring the Jurassic Coast. For a simple glamping stay, the camping pods sleep up to four and come equipped with a double bed and two single beds. Each pod includes heating, lighting, electric sockets and a covered porch with a picnic table outside. Guests also have a lockable storage area for boots and outdoor gear, making them a practical choice for walkers. Pod guests have access to the site's shared facilities, which are located nearby. You can also hire bedding and towels as an optional extra. The ensuite Skylight Cabins sleep up to four with a double sofa bed on the ground floor and a mezzanine level with two single beds for children. Inside, guests will find heating, a TV, a dining area and plenty of storage. Each cabin has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave grill, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. An ensuite bathroom includes a toilet, hand basin and shower, with the option to hire towels. Outside, the cabins have their own private deck with a picnic table. The park is also home to a range of camping and touring pitches, holiday homes and shepherd's huts. When it comes to food and drink, guests can relax in the onsite bar and restaurant serving everything from light bites and paninis to pizzas, steaks and sharing platters. It's an ideal spot to unwind after a day by the sea, with access to free WiFi too. Dogs are welcome, with up to two allowed per booking. The South West Coast Path and nearby beaches provide plenty of opportunities for scenic walks, while dog waste bins are conveniently located around the site. Charcoal BBQs are permitted, provided they are reusable and raised off the ground. Open fires, disposable BBQs and wood burners are not allowed. Please note, the site is located close to Lulworth Ranges, a military training and firing area, so you may hear some firing noise when onsite.
