Eco Park

Eco Park is a sustainable site on the north coast of Cornwall, a 25 minute walk to Porthtowan Beach. Choose from two sets of pods with views of either Tywarnhayle valley or the Atlantic, all furnished with a double bed and solar electric. Try out the tasty vegan menu at the onsite cafe, or enjoy one of the regular events including music, theatre and workshops. Coastal spots like Wheal Coates and Portreath Beach are within a ten minute drive too!

About the site

This family, friendly campsite offers a relaxing coastal stay. The site is both eco concious and community-driven, with an onsite community garden, tree planting scheme and plant based cafe that serves up breakfast and lunch using local produce. There are six pods onsite, split into two different areas. Mars and Venus are set in the Tywarnhayle valley area with views down towards Porthtowan and the coast. Jupiter, Mercury, Neptune and Saturn are positioned higher up, with panoramic sea views of the Atlantic, offering great sunsets. Each pod sleeps up to two guests, furnished with simple essentials like a double bed with bedding and towels. There are solar panels outside, which fuel the internal solar lights and USB power points. Guests will have access to shared facilities, including mains toilets, compost toilets, solar showers, washing up sinks and a kettle for making a coffee in the morning. The site also offers a range of camping/touring pitches and shepherd's huts, whose guests will also have access to these. In the evening, you are welcome to toast marshmallows over a fire pit or cook dinner on the BBQ, just please ensure these are raised from the ground. Disposable BBQs are also not permitted. Up to two dogs can join you for your stay too!
