About the site
This family campsite offers a countryside escape just ten minutes from Weymouth and the Jurassic Coast. With sandy beaches, seaside attractions and coastal walks nearby, it makes a great base for exploring Dorset. Younger guests can also enjoy the onsite games barn and play park! For a comfortable stay, the glamping cabins include everything needed for a relaxing break. Each has its own private bathroom, kitchen, heating, electric, bedding, towels, a TV and an outdoor seating area where guests can enjoy the fresh air. The Deluxe Double Studio Pod Cabins sleep two with a double sofa bed. Guests will have a kitchenette with a fridge, mini grill and microwave, along with crockery and cutlery. These cabins also include double glazing, LED lighting and a private outdoor space with seating and a parasol. The Family Studio Pod Cabins offer extra sleeping space with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a child's bunk bed. They include the same handy kitchen facilities and ensuite bathroom, with a private deck area outside. The Hill Top Lodges provide a spacious open-plan layout, with a double sofa bed, twin beds on a mezzanine level and a convertible dining bench that can be used as an additional sleeping area. They also feature a more fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave grill, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. Alongside the glamping accommodation, there are camping and touring pitches available. Guests can pick up local produce, treats and everyday essentials from the onsite farm shop, which stocks items such as fresh bread, Dorset-made products and camping supplies. During high season, visitors can also enjoy the seasonal vintage marquee bar, serving local drinks on selected dates, along with visits from Dorset Wood Fired Pizza. The glamping accommodation is pet free, but dogs are welcome in the camping and touring areas.
