Ideal for outdoor lovers, this scenic park is in a great location for Lake District adventures. It is just ten minutes from the attractions of Bowness-on-Windermere, with great facilities like a shop, a restaurant serving breakfast and free WiFi onsite. The Couples Camping Pods and Park Cliffe Camping Pods are both simple, unfurnished pods that sleep two people. You'll need to bring your own beds, bedding, towels, and cooking gear. Both types include electric heating, lighting, a double plug socket, and a small outdoor sitting area. The Couples Pods are set in the peaceful Fellside area, while the Park Cliffe Pods are in Ghyllside with lovely lake views. The Family Camping Pods are a bit bigger and also unfurnished, located in the Ghyllside area with views over the lake. These include carpet flooring, electric heating, lighting, a double plug socket, and an outdoor deck. Guests must bring their own beds, bedding, towels, and cooking equipment. For a little extra comfort, the Family Comfort Camping Pods come with two single beds and two fold-out foam mattresses. You'll still need to bring your own bedding and towels. These pods include underfloor heating, electric sockets, lighting, and an outdoor deck. They're also in the Ghyllside area with pretty fell views. The Family Vista Camping Pods offer more space and come furnished with a double bed, bunk beds, and a pull-out trundle bed. Bedding and towels are not included. These pods have an electric heater, lighting, electric and USB sockets, and a hanging rail. Outside, there's a deck and a picnic bench, and parking is right next to the pod. These are also in the Ghyllside area. If you want more luxury, the Deluxe Ensuite Glamping Pods are in the Moor How area. They have a double bed with bedding and a double sofa bed (bring your own bedding for the sofa bed). The simple kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, sink, cutlery, plates, bowls, and mugs. These pods also feature a dining space, smart TV, underfloor heating, storage, and a private ensuite with a toilet, sink, and shower. Outside is a decking area with a picnic bench. All of the camping pods have access to shared facilities nearby and require you to bring your own bedding, and everyone will need to pack towels. Only the Family Vista Camping Pods and Deluxe Ensuite Glamping Pods have parking by the pods, everyone else will have to park a short walk away. The camping pods, except the Family Vista option, are dog friendly, allowing up to two canine companions to join you for your stay. In the evening, you can cook dinner in the open, with raised charcoal BBQs allowed. Please note, open fires are not permitted. The site also offers a range of camping/touring pitches, static caravans and a shepherd's hut.
