About the site

Nestled among 11 acres of countryside and woodland, this site is a peaceful escape in-between Cornwall and Devon, just a 20 minute drive from sandy beaches with a woodland nature walk onsite for unwinding in the great outdoors. The site is home to a selection of holiday homes as well as three glamping pods located in the centre of the site. The glamping pods all sleep up to two guests on a double Murphy style bed which folds away into a sofa for the daytime. The pods are equipped with small kitchenettes to cover your essentials, there will be a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The Otter and Heron pod will also have a two ring hob, whilst Kingfisher pod has a plug-in induction plate instead. Your pod will have an ensuite too, with a shower, loo, wash-basin and a heated towel rail. The site will provide a pack with bedding, linen and towels so there is no need to pack your own! Your pod will have lockable French doors that lead out onto a private decking area with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy dining outside or just simply soaking in the sunshine as you read a good book. You're welcome to bring along a BBQ just ensure that it is kept off the ground and decking. Dogs are only welcome in the Kingfisher glamping pod, Otter and Heron are dog free. The woodland walk offers a great space to unwind and reconnect with the great outdoors, you can spot visiting Owls, Kingfishers and Herons or head to the River Lynher for kayaking and paddle boarding.
