About the site
These luxurious pods are an ideal spot to enjoy exploring Carmarthenshire from, just ten minutes from the colourful town of Llandeilo and 15 minutes from the National Botanic Garden of Wales, there is something for everyone. There are just two pods onsite, one sleeping up to two guests and the other up to four. Towy pod has a separate double bedroom with a skylight, and a sofa in the living area, whilst Teilo pod is open plan with a double bed and a double sofa bed for little ones. Bedding and linen is provided so there is no need to bring your own. The pods both have fully equipped kitchenettes so you can self-cater if you wish, each has a combi microwave oven, a fridge with an ice box, a toaster, kettle, kitchen sink, a two ring hob, plus crockery, cutlery and glassware. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a hamper stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and treats! The pods are also equipped with dining tables and chairs, a TV/DVD player for evening entertainment, electric radiators so you can stay cosy all year round, plus electric and usb sockets. The pods both have modern ensuites with a shower, flushing toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and complementary Myddfai toiletries. Towels are provided. Outside your pod you will find a spacious decking area with a table with chairs so you can make the most of the sunshine if you wish, a fire pit and a wood-fired hot tub with a log bundle provided daily to keep you going. Towy pod has a BBQ too, and a BBQ is available for guests staying in the Teilo pod upon request. Towy pod also has the addition of a covered porch area with hooks and shoe storage. The pods enjoy countryside views towards the Towy river, Dinefwr Castle and the remains of the old Cilsane Mill. The pods back onto woodland, you can even take a walk to meet the resident sheep and Welsh cob! You can even collect fresh eggs from the hens for breakfast, or simply sit back and watch wildlife visit the pond - keep an eye out for Charlie, the resident heron! One dog is permitted per pod but please ensure that they are kept on a lead at all times due to the surrounding wildlife.
