Whether you're searching for a scenic stopover on your NC500 adventures or a base for exploring the North West Scottish Highlands, this glamping pod is the perfect spot for your Highland getaway. There is just one glamping pod set on a croft that overlooks the surrounding mountains and even has a glimpse towards the sea. The pod is well insulated and has an electric heater plus blinds. Towards the back of the pod is a comfy double bed with under bed storage to sleep two adults. Bedding and linen is included. As you enter the pod there is a small kitchenette with a small dining table and two stools. The kitchenette is well equipped with a combination microwave oven, sink, kettle, toaster, air fryer, mini fridge and cafetiere with tea, coffee and sugar provided. The kitchenette also has Highland stoneware pottery dishes as well as cutlery, crockery and glasses so you're well equipped for self catering. Do note that there is no cooker in the pod and naked flames are prohibited so the kitchen is best suited to preparing basic meals and snacks. As you move towards the back of the pod there is an ensuite wetroom with a loo, electric shower, sink, hairdryer as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and robes. For your entertainment there is a TV with a DVD player as well as Bose docking speakers so you can unwind with your favourite film or album. There is also free WiFi so you can stay connected throughout your stay. Step outside onto your decking and soak up the countryside views, walk round the side of your pod to find an electric BBQ, a chiminea and outdoor seating for nights in the open. The first night's wood is supplied, more can be purchased onsite. There is also an electric hot tub facing the glorious views, so spend an evening with a glass of your favourite tipple and reminisce on the day's adventures with your loved one. The outside area is all under a canopy so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. Just 20m from your pod is a communal freezer as well as a washing machine and dryer. A torch and first aid kit are also provided so no need to pack these! The pod is dog friendly with one small dog permitted to join you for your stay. There are also a few lodges and cabins onsite.
