About the site
Enjoy a coastal getaway at this family friendly holiday park and be within a 15 minute drive of the beach! This spacious park has all the amenities you could wish for so take the hassle away from your holiday and just enjoy the sea breeze and spending quality time with your loved ones. There are 15 camping pods onsite, each with a small decking area for your muddy boots or beach gear, lockable French doors and outdoor lighting. Inside the pods all have a wall heater to keep you cosy, lighting and electric and USB sockets so you can stay connected throughout your stay. The pods are suitable for up to four with a double bed and a bunk bed for two little ones, bedding is not provided so you will need to either bring your own linen and bedding or hire some from the site. There is also a small dining table with chairs, great for a game of cards or enjoying a meal as a family. You can bring your own cooking equipment or BBQ to have outside of your pod or you can enjoy a tasty bite to eat from the onsite bar / restaurant. There is even an outside terrace so you can enjoy a refreshing pint in the sunshine. Your shower and toilet facilities are just a short walk away in the communal facility block, please remember your own towels and toiletries as these are not provided. There are gravel pitches for motorhomes and a range of static caravans onsite too. Your pod is dog friendly too with up to two pets permitted per pod - there is even designated dog walking areas and a dog wash!

Guests are able to check-in from 4pm until 6pm, if you are going to be delayed please let the site know. Check out is due before 10am on your last day.
Are the pods at Hedley Wood Holiday Park dog friendly?
Yes, up to two pups are permitted per pod, there are even designated dog walking areas including a woodland walk for a longer route and there's a dog wash for muddy paws! Please ensure that dogs are kept on a lead at all times whilst onsite and not left unattended. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
Does my pod at Hedley Wood Holiday Park include a BBQ or fire pit Or will I need to bring my own?
The camping pods do not include a BBQ but you are welcome to bring your own, as long as it is raised from the ground. Sorry, fire pits and open fires are not permitted.
