About the site
Set on the coast in the Gallanachmore, this site makes a great base for exploring the West Highlands. Offering beautiful views across the surrounding countryside, sea and the Island of Kerrera, its the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The camping pods offer a great alternative to camping with a spacious seating area that converts to sleeping platforms with mattresses. Each pod has a compact kitchenette with a fridge, small freezer, 2-ring electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as lighting and heating to keep you cosy. Outside the pods is a decking area and picnic bench, perfect for an evening BBQ or campfire. There is an onsite shop, open from July to October, so you don't have to travel for essentials and you can treat yourself to a sweet treat after a day of exploring. Oban centre is just ten minutes away with lots of shops and eateries. The park also offers camping and touring pitches and a range of holiday lodges, some with hot tubs. Dogs are welcome onsite and in the pods, with plenty of walks from the site so be sure to bring your pup along! There is access to spring water, but this will need to be boiled before drinking. Please note that there is building work ongoing onsite.
