About the site
Nestled along the Lincolnshire coast, within walking distance from Theddlethorpe Beach and its dunes, you can spot seals or set up a beach picnic! You'll also be 20 minutes from Louth with the local theatre and shops. There are two pods, Windsong and Seadreams, which offer guests a blend of nature and luxury in peaceful settings - perfect for a well-earned break. Both sleep two on a cosy double bed with bedding and linen provided. Your pod features an open-plan interior with a foldable dining table and chairs, a sofa (fabric in Seadreams and leather in Windsong), a Smart TV for cosy evenings in, plus electric central heating and plug sockets. You have the option to self-cater with the fully fitted kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, glasses, and mugs. Windsong pod has the addition of an oven. There is also a modern ensuite with a cubicle shower, flushing toilet, sink, heated towel rail and towels. You will just need to pack your own toiletries. French doors lead you to your porch, with storage boxes for your muddy boots or outdoor equipment and a path which leads to your private, fenced garden. Here, there is an electric hot tub and patio, seating and a BBQ - perfect for summer evenings! Four-legged friends are welcome to join you for your holiday! Both pods have a BBQ in the private garden area, fire pits and open fires are not permitted, sorry.

Yes, the pods are dog friendly with one pooch permitted per pod for an additional fee. Please note that breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted. Dogs must be kept on the lead and supervised at all times.
