About the site
Explore the Lake District in style from this charming camping and glamping site. You will be within a 15 minute drive of some of the Lakes' top attractions, from mountain climbs to watersports on Lake Windemere, you are just a stone's throw from all of the action! Each of the lodge pods sleeps up to two in a proper double bed, with bedding and linen provided. You will also have electric and heating to keep you nice and cosy. WiFi means you can stay connected during your getaway and share photos of your adventures with your friends and family. An outdoor covered kitchen is kitted out with everything you need for cooking. You will have a double gas hob, a fridge with a small freezer, and a breakfast bar where you can kick back and admire the views. There is also a kitchen sink (water is supplied via a water carrier), kettle, bottle opener, corkscrew, cooking utensils, crockery, wine glasses, household basics, mugs and cutlery. When the sun is shining, there is an outdoor deck with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. A fire pit and BBQ also provide you with somewhere to cook in the open. One of the pods even comes with a private Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub to enjoy! Communal toilet and shower facilities can be found a short walk away. These are shared with the camping/touring pitches and yurts onsite. Dogs are also welcome, with up to two pups allowed per pod.

Yes, the pods allow up to two dogs to join you on your holiday, please just add them onto your booking. Do note that there is a small charge for bringing dogs. Please ensure dogs are kept on a lead and not left unattended at anytime. Breeds and crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.
